- Wetsuit rental: $10 per suit.

- If you choose to wear them, only mineral based sunscreen (zinc or titanium dioxide) and environmentally friendly insect repellent are allowed.

- You must give the Last Name on the reservation for entrance.
- You do not need to have a printed voucher.
- All customers/participants are required to sign liability waivers before participating in both activity.
Terms and Conditions
Sundivers Station Refunds / Cancellations and Changes:
- Customers may receive a full refund only when cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled trip time.
- To cancel your reservation, you must call 1 (305) 451-2220. Cancellations are not accepted by email.
- The tour operator reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any trip due to unsafe weather, inclement conditions, or other relevant reasons.
- If the tour operator cancels the trip because of weather or unforeseen circumstances, customers will receive a full refund.
- Please arrive on time. Seats are reserved especially for you, and no-shows will be charged the full price.
- Allow extra travel time for traffic, parking, road delays, and local events.
- There are no refunds for missing the boat or arriving late.
- Guests should avoid excessive drinking before snorkeling.
- Intoxicated guests will not be allowed to board the boat, and no refund will be issued.

Does your program go on Rain or Shine?
The Snorkel trip may be cancelled due to weather. In the case the snorkel trip is cancelled, you will be refunded or you can reschedule.
How long is the trip?
It’s a 2.5-hour outing with about 1.5 hours of in-water snorkeling at the reef.
Where do we snorkel?
Shallow inner reefs off Key Largo inside the Florida Keys National Marine Sanctuary near John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park; the captain picks the best site for the day’s conditions.
Is this good for beginners and kids?
Yes—it’s designed for first-timers, families, and kids, with a friendly crew, calm sites, and required flotation vests.
What’s included in the price?
Mask, fins, and life vest are included. A personal snorkel mouthpiece is $15 extra (or bring your own).
Can I bring my own gear or a prescription mask?
Absolutely—clean, well-fitting personal gear (including prescription masks) is welcome. Also you can purchase a snorkel from your local sporting goods store.
What should I bring?
Swimsuit, towel, reef-safe sunscreen, water/snacks, and a payment method for rentals/gratuities; optional rash guard or sun hat for comfort.
Do you give instruction?
Yes—crew provide a safety briefing, gear fitting, and basic snorkeling tips, with in-water guidance as needed.
What if the weather or visibility isn’t great?
The captain selects the most protected site; if conditions are unsafe, trips may be rescheduled or refunded per the operator’s policy.
I get seasick—any tips?
Consider motion-relief measures and eat lightly; sit near the center of the boat and look at the horizon. (Ask at check-in about shaded seating and onboard amenities.)
How close is it to the Islamorada Dolphin Swim, and is parking available?
The dolphin program in Islamorada is about 30 minutes away by car, and there’s free all-day parking at the snorkel departure.
