Dolphin Safari Key West Cancellation Policy
- No Refunds for No-Shows or Late Arrivals: Guests who fail to show up or arrive late for their scheduled tour will not be eligible for a refund.
- Weather-Related Cancellations: If the tour is canceled due to unsafe weather conditions, such as high winds, heavy rain, or thunderstorms, guests will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
- Reservation Changes & Cancellations: All bookings are non-refundable. However, modifications may be accommodated if requested at least 48 hours in advance, subject to availability.
- Minimum Guest Requirement: If the tour does not meet the minimum number of participants required to operate, guests will be given the choice to reschedule or receive a refund.
- Tour Operates Rain or Shine: The trip will proceed in most weather conditions. Light rain or cloudy skies do not qualify for a cancellation or refund.
