Upon arrival, please proceed to check-in window, present your email ticket or text confirmation, which you will receive after making your reservation.

• You must give the Last Name on the reservation for entrance.
• You do not need to have a printed voucher.
• All customers/participants are required to sign liability waivers before participating.

Terms and Conditions

Sundivers Station Refunds / Cancellations and Changes:

• Customers may receive a full refund only when cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled trip time.
• To cancel your reservation, you must call 1 (305) 451-2220. Cancellations are not accepted by email.
• The tour operator reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any trip due to unsafe weather, inclement conditions, or other relevant reasons.
• If the tour operator cancels the trip because of weather or unforeseen circumstances, customers will receive a full refund.
• Please arrive on time. Seats are reserved especially for you, and no-shows will be charged the full price.
• Allow extra travel time for traffic, parking, road delays, and local events.
• There are no refunds for missing the boat or arriving late.
• Guests should avoid excessive drinking before snorkeling.
• Intoxicated guests will not be allowed to board the boat, and no refund will be issued.

The Snorkel trip may be cancelled due to weather. In the case the snorkel trip is cancelled, you will be refunded or you can reschedule.

The trip lasts approximately 2.5 hours, including about 1.5 hours of snorkeling at the reef.

What times do the Key Largo snorkel trips depart?
The current scheduled departures are 12 PM and 3 PM. Availability can vary, so check the booking calendar for your date.

Can I snorkel in Key Largo and swim with dolphins on the same vacation?
Yes. The Islamorada Dolphin Swim is approximately 30 minutes from the Key Largo snorkel departure. These are separate activities and separate reservations, so allow enough travel and check-in time between experiences.
