Experience Overview:

Approximately 30-minute shallow-water experience, including:

• Handshaking
• Hugging
• Touching and petting
• Kissing and playing with dolphins
• Each session is unique, tailored to the interaction between guests and dolphins.

Participant Requirements:

• Ages 7 and older: Participants must be at least 48″ (4 feet / 122 cm) to participate independently, with an adult (18+) observer.
• Ages 1 to 6: Children must have a paid adult participant (18+) in the water with them. One adult per child is required.

Program Details:

• Maximum of 12 participants per session.
• Conducted in a fenced natural ocean water area with a shallow and submerged platform.
• Life vests are provided.

• Bathing suits and towels.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• No Refunds: Refunds will not be issued for participants who do not show up or are late for their scheduled program(s). All programs are non-refundable.
• Reservation Changes: Once a reservation is confirmed and a confirmation number is issued, changes can only be made more than 7 days before the activity date, subject to availability.
• Changes to the program date will incur a $25.00 per person change fee.
• Weather Policy: The Dolphin Swim program will proceed rain or shine.
